Adopt a Family
This year we have 120 children in our preschool programs,
many need your help.
This year's gifts are needed by December 9th.
Dear YMCA Members, Friends and Members of Our Community,
Each year we sponsor an "Adopt a Family" program here at the Greater Lowell Family YMCA. The program
provides Holiday gifts to our most needy families within the YMCA. We want to help those parents who are struggling
to make ends meet and provide for their children, who might not be able to feel the joy and excitement of the Hiliday because
they can't afford to buy gifts for their little ones.
Each YMCA family who needs assistance is invited to write a wish list, and our contributors give what
they can. In previous years we've been able to get the children warm coats, winter boots and gloves, as well as books
and toys. Sometimes a family is given a food basket.
You can help by providing gifts, gift certificates or by taking a entire family. Your gifts are
tax deductible and EVERY gift and EVERY penney goes directly to the children and their family members.
Gifts should be brought to the YMCA. Please provide new, unwrapped gifts.
