Driving Directions
The City of Lowell is located NW of Boston Massachusetts, and is situated just outside I-495, Boston's
'outer-beltway'.
From Interstate 495 North or South, Exit onto the Lowell Connector and get off at Exit
5B ( Rt 3A North & Thorndike St). This will only bring you right. Merge onto Thorndike street, go under the
overpass and turn left at the traffic light onto YMCA Drive. The Greater Lowell Family YMCA is located
immediately on the right.
Coming from in and around the Lowell area, we are located at the corner
of YMCA Drive and Thorndike Street within a block of the Gallagher MBTA Train Station.
