It can be difficult to recruit, train and manage qualified lifeguard staff. As a result many pools go unguarded and run
the risk of a drowning. We are here to help. The YMCA can manage your aquatic facility. The CDC estimates indicate that today,
U.S. lifeguards rescue more than an estimated 100,000 persons from drowning annually.
As the management group for your aquatic facility:
- We will find you trained and certified staff.
- Be responsible for payroll and scheduling.
- Run in-service training for the staff; that is considered among the most rigorous in the country.
- Ensure the waterfront is up to local and state codes and insurance regulations.
