Summer Boot Camp Series
This fast paced, action packed, high energy class combines sport drills with resistance training. This class requires
no previous training and will change beginners as well as push even the most advanced. The class includes flexibility, plyometrics,
abdominals, agility training, core strengthening, short distance jogging, sprints, and overall conditioning!
Where:
Outdoor workouts held at the YMCA.

When: Tuesdays + Thursdays at 6:30pm

July 26th - August 25th
Cost: $120 for YMCA members per sessions
$150 for YMCA program members
$15 for individual workouts
