Summer Boot Camp Series
This fast paced, action packed, high energy class combines sport drills with resistance training. This class requires
no previous training and will change beginners as well as push even the most advanced. The class includes flexibility, plyometrics,
abdominals, agility training, core strengthening, short distance jogging, sprints, and overall conditioning!
Where:
Outdoor workouts held at the South Common Park.
RAIN OR SHINE
When: Tuesdays + Thursdays at 6:30pm
June 8th –July 29th
Cost: $200 for YMCA members for all 16 sessions
$250 for YMCA program members
$15 for individual workouts
Register before May 28th
and get a Bootcamp t-shirt
All participants must
have minimum of program membership which is $25
